The loose consoles are fully working and in great working order, boxed ones are complete with all parts and instructions unless otherwise stated. This is the Japanese console and requires a step-down transformer to be purchased separately. The console is unboxed with official Neo Geo CD controller, instructions, power supply & AV Leads. This console has been tested and works fine. |
