A Official MPEG Video Decoder Card. This card fits in the slot at the back of the Saturn near where the CMOS battery lives. The card decodes and MPEG encoded videos - i.e. Video CDs, and allows them to be played back through your TV. This item is fully tested and comes unboxed without instructions. |
