Every child has a special wish and more than anything Louie and Cecilia want to make friends. Then one day, four friendly visitors suddenly arrive in New York City to take the children on the adventure of their lives. It wasn't quite what they expected, but who could pass up the chance to make pals with a group of really cool dinosaurs!

Harley is a cool young genius whose biggest experiment just backfired in a most heinous way. Something went wrong with Harley's shrinking machine. Now he's bug sized and the machine blew up. Bogus! Now Harley has the search for the missing parts of his machine. He'll have to run, jump, swim, swim, climb, fly with a jet pack, look for weapons and fight mutant bugs. You're in for one humongous adventure!

As Jerry, it's up to you to outwit Tom in a mad dash from the edge of town to the safety of your mouse hole. In the two player version, you or a friend can take on the role of Tuffy, who comes to visit his uncle Jerry and gets caught up in the chase!

In a desperate attempt to defect to the United States, you must evade detection from an onslaught of enemy forces, both underwater and on the surface.
